Project Scope
This project involved a tenancy split into 3 and providing end of trip facilities for the incoming tenants. The suite was stripped back to the bone and given a brand-new fit out including a mix of polished concrete and carpet tiles throughout, exposed ceilings, floor to slab glass partitions allowing natural light to filter through the suites, boardrooms and offices with large glass sliding doors, end of trip facilities including showers and lockers for staff and a kitchenette complete matt black fixtures and fittings. This created an inviting and modern workplace for its new tenants.
